Fitness Center Guidelines
Please RESPECT others, equipment and facility
- Fitness center orientation preferred before using fitness center.
- Must be 15 years or older to use fitness center. No one under 15 years allowed in fitness center. Only exception is 13 & 14 year olds having successfully completed the junior high weight training class.
- Shoes and shirts required.
- Control use of equipment, avoid slamming weights down.
- Return free weight equipment to storage wracks when done.
- Wipe down equipment after use with toweling and spray provided.
- 30 minute max on cardio machines when someone is waiting.
- Ask for staff assistance regarding radio or TV station selections.
