Y Wee Care Early Learning Center

Licensed childcare service available to the community year round. Group times, learning centers, gym and playground facilities and much more.  Located at MRCTC in Virginia. Phone: 749-7777

School-Age Care (SAC) Program

The YMCA's before and after school program!  Mt Iron-Buhl and Virginia schools bus children to & from the YMCA.  Gym time, swimming each week, access to YMCA youth programs, arts & crafts, homework help and much more. Childcare assistance accepted.  YMCA program assistance is also available.  Contact our Childcare Director for more information.

YMCA Camp S'more

First Day of Camp - Wednesday, June 9!
Spend your summer at the YMCA!  Mesabi Trail bike trip, Theatre/Music Camp, summer reading program, overnights, trips to the Edge Water Park, the St. Louis County Fair, YMCA Day with the Twins in the new ball park and more! 
Childcare schedule required. 
Registration information will be available April 1.

Y Child Watch

Parents, enjoy your workout while we watch the kids!  Limited spots are available so families must call or stop at the Member Services Desk to make a reservation in advance.  Group Fitness classes available during Child Watch hours, check the fall group fitness class schedule for details!

Y-Child Watch is FREE for household members!

Happy Campers

Coming in June - This program introduces little campers to the outdoor adventures of camp! Children will make friends, swim, play games, enjoy arts & crafts, explore the natural world, and enjoy group and story times while focusing on the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.  For more information, please contact the Childcare Director, 749–7777.

Family Fun Night

YMCA families and friends are invites to gather for swimming, snacks, fun in the gym, climbing wall and more. Please call or stop by the Member Services Desk to pre-register.
